These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FTMS Workout by Absolute Bollocks Creations (abscreations.netlify.app) and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
FTMS Workout is distributed via the Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play’s refund and billing policies. If there is any conflict, Google Play’s policies will control with respect to purchases, subscriptions, and distribution.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial fitness use. You must be legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Health Disclaimer: The App is for general fitness tracking only and does not provide medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program. You agree that Absolute Bollocks Creations is not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome related to your use of the App.

All rights in the App, including software, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Absolute Bollocks Creations. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of fitness data, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute Bollocks Creations, its affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, data loss, or lost profits arising out of your use of the App. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or Google Play policies. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States / U.S. Virgin Islands. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for 30 days before pursuing arbitration. Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under applicable U.S. Virgin Islands law. Class actions are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at abscreations.netlify.app/android/ftmsworkout/terms . Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
